The service
Magic QR by Acuity Digital Agency gives your business a QR code that helps customers leave Google reviews, with an optional Google Business Profile optimizer on the higher plan. Features are as described on the plan you choose.
Billing
Plans renew monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. Payment is taken automatically through Razorpay on each renewal date. If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries and we may pause the service until payment succeeds.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by messaging us. Cancellation stops future charges; the period you have already paid for remains active. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Reviews
You are responsible for using the service honestly. We do not write fake reviews, and we do not guarantee any particular rating or number of reviews. Google's own policies apply to reviews left on your profile.
Changes
We may update these terms or plan prices with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
